Falling Down

I fell while walking the dog this morning.  It is wet, I was walking down hill, there were wet leaves, and I slipped.  Just an FYI, this is my second fall this month.  I need to go back to physical therapy.  My balance is super shitty and I feel weak.  Need to get back on it.

Some times i hate when people tell me sorry about being bipolar, or the try to empathize with me on the shitty things that have happen in my life. your not me you don't get it, and when you try to relate and make me feel better you make me feel less of a human. so keep to your self. please just let ,me fight my own battles!
