Next week I'm gonna spend my vacation job hunting. What's the point of a "reasonable accommodation" if it only applies under circumstances I can't meet?

Getting an Email from LinkedIn and Indeed in the same moment feels like being shot at point blank

I HATE THE GAMIFICATION OF JOB SEARCHING!
I got written-up for telling someone they cannot text and drive
It has been months since I was hired for a job so I've kind of forgotten how grueling onboarding is. But just now I had a call with HR that was so humiliating.
I could deal with them explaining every little detail on how to use their HR system like I've never used a computer before and telling me how to get somewhere as if google maps and the internet doesnt exist, but then they assumed I had a drivers liscense and a car like usual, I dont.
In this accusatory and extremely rude tone of voice, they ask me how I can even get to work and how old i am that almost made me tell them off. I was able to calmly say it while panicking inside having to explain multiple ways I could get there. Then they says that's fine like I ever asked for their opinion.
Then we finished schedule onboarding stuff and everything that can lock me into this job for a year unless I want to pay back the sign on bonus (which is a lot of money). I'm now so worried I may end up hating this job and want to quit but I could really use some money and stability rn.
considering salice has monstrous self confidence, she would have like 0 problems dressing in classy outfits that expose 80% of her goddamn boobs
