Honestly it's irritating how the Percy Jackson fandom never evolved and remains stuck in the same old arguments. the petty hatred they feel for Rachel because of the couple is the biggest idiocy ever. Why hate a character who served as the foundation for the couple and, most importantly, did them no harm, unlike that situation where Annabeth was cursed by another character (this makes me angry because that situation doesn't anger the fandom, but Rachel still receives slander today, and in the current book canon she and Annabeth are friends).

I didn't want Rachel in the series just for her to suffer and create a rivalry between Annabeth and Rachel. aniway It tires me when a new character arrives in the series and starts all this drama. How I wish Leahbeth and Rachel, from the future series, were free from this fandom.
