not to be a stereotypical gen z, but why do we always have to talk on the phone 🙁

i spent 4 days trying to set up a call, but each time i called, they never picked up, and then when they called, i wouldn't pick up, bcs hello i dont want to!

so i kept asking if they could just explain it over email to make it easy, but they kept pushing for a phone call...so i just ended up lying saying my phone wasnt working and nothing wasnt going through so they HAD to explain over text.

it ended up being a 2-sentence explanation.
