Ok so it turns out that the app I use for writing is really only a note/memo app despite MOST of it being really good for writing and/or journaling

App: Create My Notes

the Problem is that it can't handle documents getting too long

At a certain point if a document hits about 60k characters it gets super buggy. The document will take longer and longer to open and scroll slower. And then it just won't open and crashes the app when you try

What I need in a writing app:

password protected

able to organize into folders

basic formatting of bold italics underlining and text color

allows emojis

What I want but isn't a dealbreaker

can pick fonts and font sizes

counts words

doesn't crash if documents get too big
