I just. Mentioned that I'm sorta interested in the Resident Evil series (I've only seen 7 up to the most recent games) to my father cuz I was watchin some gameplay of the newest one and he just..put on a whole YouTube playlist of the whole RE timeline. How do I tell him that I'm not that interested in the game to watch a whole series of videos about it....

character rant dont @ me

Man... I’m really not interested in Caleb’s story whatsoever... He’s the type of character that I find really boring. He cares about the MN, sure. But to me he seems like the attention seeking “please validate my feelings” kinda guy. It’s the same problem I have with Vax, I think. They’re both like a toned down Tiberius to me and I just can’t really care about them. Caleb could disappear and I wouldn’t bat an eye. The whole emo vibe Liam brings to the table is just not my thing. Not to mention the sudden shift to his characters. He himself didn’t remember why Vax fell in love with Keyleth in the first place. Then Caleb went from “you shouldn’t have killed my cat” while talking about his ethereal slave, not even mentioning the kidnapped members of the party or the one who died; to “we’re friends”. Now, this is a me thing. The transition is there for the player and the character and that’s great! But as a viewer it wasn’t there for me or most likely I just couldn’t bring myself to care enough to pay attention to it.
