I can say this now because it’s out of the media but what really pisses me off is that most of the people complaining about a trans woman in fencing know jack shit about the sport and didn’t care until this happened. Trans fencers have fenced with their gender identity for years this isn’t new. Additionally most events are mixed so why does this even fucking matter. Then ppl threaten USAF’s funding and ability to send ppl to the Olympics and Jesus I don’t think any of those ppl face a single shit about the sport till that happened. They only want to use it to advance their dogshit politics. anyway trans women are women and these people are dumbasses who song actually care about the sport. :)
