This part of TC is so good.

The Stay In Haven choice is highlighted by Gabe. Choosing to stay is choosing this connection to your brother and getting to live the life he wanted to give you, as well as staying close to the connections he had. You're choosing the life that lets you stay with your brothers memory and accepting the gift of home he left you.

But the seek adventure choice is highlighted by Alex. Choosing to seek adventure is Alex choosing herself. She's choosing her own passions, and for the first time, trusting herself enough to put herself out into the world without the fear of her emotions overtaking her. Sure, she's leaving Gabe's home behind, but that only because she's only able to make her own home now, whatever that ends up meaning for her.

Both choosing to stay connected to Gabe, or Alex choosing her own life, are both valid choices that let Alex have some happiness. But I do really like how they're are shown in the selector here. Choosing Haven is choosing Gabe and what his bond with Alex represented, choosing adventure is choosing Alex and the life she's capable of making.

Whenever I play TC and Before The Storm, I always play two routes. In TC one is to romance Ryan, and one to romance Steph, while in BTS, I play a romance Rachel route and a friendship route because there's actually a lot of little differences! However, this does mean that I have two separate outfits for Alex/Chloe that I consider canon for the episodes.

My "canon" Ryan outfits: (She WILL wear the rainbow outfit to romance Ryan because I love the in game recognition of her bisexuality.)

My "canon" Steph outfits: (This Alex has a red color scheme to match Steph's beanie. Also, she needs to interact with Steph in a cat outfit. Since Steph's a cat person, I need to signal that Alex is too.)

My "canon" romance Rachel outfits: (The fire walk outfit is because Chloe is holding onto meeting Rachel, then she wears the cone of fire outfit because it's originally Rachel's. This is just Choe starting to absorb Rachel into even her design.)

My "canon" friendship with Rachel outfits: (I tried to make these outfits more connected to Chloe than Rachel, so: The raven she keeps seeing, the outfit that's blue like her future hair, and a shirt that was William's.)

Honestly I'm just mentioning this because I'm super curious if anyone else has "canon" outfits for Alex or Chloe, because I love character customization and honestly just want to be a nerd about it on main.
