aaaaaa so ive gotten into linedancing lately and its been really good for me mentally to go out and do something active that makes me happy like dancing! heres a snippet of my fave dance ive learnt so far (MGNO) im by no means an amazing dancer but!!! in the journey that is taking care of myself and bettering my mental state dancing plays a big role and i wanted to share something that is a big help to me!! hope you guys out there can find something that brings you joy like this!!
