Ok if Pine Barrens does somehow manage to have more nandermo than the wedding, I can see it being through 3 options:

The "differences" Nandor and Laszlo work through are about the coffin incident (PLEASE, FINALLY) and that leads to Nandor's "oh" moment,

Guillermo has to defend his life with the vampires to his family and he blurts out his feelings (or at least, "former" ones) for Nandor, or

During girls night, Marwa talks about her new feelings for Guillermo, and since Nadja and the Guide are the only ones who know about the wish they are able to connect the dots

If one or all of these happen the wwdits writers better sleep with one eye open
