Saw something glinting in my hair. Leaned in and found...my first gray hair. And have discovered many more since. They're all fairly short compared to the rest of my hair, maybe 5 inches long. Implying they started growing more recently.

It feels like I have been having a four-month anxiety attack, and now my hair is going gray. We're just at the BEGINNING of this regime. HOW do I keep it together and calm down. I'm so stressed. My chest is tight every minute of every day.
