Steve has to distract a security guard or receptionist so the rest of the group can sneak in somewhere. Eddie is wondering why they didn't send in Robin or Nancy to do this part but he just goes with it because he assumes the others know what they're doing.
He hasn't seen Steve use his slut abilities for the greater good yet. So when Steve begins his ‘I’m so sorry I forgot my ID badge but maybe we could work something out’ routine, all low voice, pouty lips and intense eyes, leaning seductively over the front desk, Eddie full on malfunctions. All he can do is stare, his mouth hanging open. This is crazy, he feels like he just walked onto the set of an adult movie.
The desk worker looks ever so slightly entranced because who the fuck wouldn't be. Then Steve pulls his killer move, walking his fingers up the persons chest and grabbing them by the tie, tugging on it a little. Eddie's throat goes dry. He's completely forgotten about sneaking in and has half a mind to go over and drag Steve away because who does this random security guard think they are? He would be on his knees in seconds if Steve did something like that to him, he'd do anything Steve wanted.
Robin has to physically grab Eddie by the shoulder and drag him away before the others go on without him.
