Well, and you usually sign a user agreement about this, so that the server or admin will apply sanctions if the rules are violated.
By the way, Phil is initially not very polite to Dream, from deliberately trespassing on someone else’s property to supporting chaos on the server.
As a nuance, Phil apologized for Wilbur's behavior and his childish comedy, which Philza's recognized son continued to break.
