That was the last straw. Pure, drunk rage took over John. That kid crossed a line and all he wanted was for him to shut up. He wanted to smash the bottle against the wall, right next to that stubborn head, just to scare the kid into silence, and to also let out his bad temper.

I'm doing very well!! I'm planning to burn out a little during Inktober, but hopefully not a lot!!! (I still have my own giftee to give to, after all....)

Honestly, any foods that have a lot of meaning to the other is usually what I like <3 I think someone had chocolate?? (Which Az gave to Eris- quite honestly, I have grabbed hold of this hc and am never letting it go)

And @wrraccountant had Azriel make Eris pear galette (which looks DELICIOUS) in their longfic "The Chairs" 💛💛 (I love that work so much Secret Santa, you don't UNDERSTANDDD IM SO SAD THAT IT'S OVER)

And I'm also randomly remembering this one scene in one of greenvelvet_couture's fics where Az and Cass made some sort of food that they'd loved since childhood and ate it with Nes, and honestly all I'm saying here is that Az and Eris wouldn't just give ANY food to their mate, they'd learn a food that the other loved/had a special connection/fondness for and would make it for them. Because. At this point if they're having a MATING CEREMONY they're all in, and ABSOLUTELY going all the extra miles ;) <3
