After another night with the unpredictable demon, Mizuki was beyond glad that it was over and the next day was waiting for them. The fact that Kai was her day buddy made her happy yet worried at the same time. Having a friend by your side during this kind of days was what you could wish for. Knowing him well enough, Mizuki couldn’t tell if he could take care of himself on the other hand. The goal of the day was to find a beautiful lake to swim and rest, yet the two-seventy wondered whether her friend could swim as a phoenix, a being of fire and flame. Nevertheless, she was excited about the day with her friend, who had missed many things that had happened in her life the past few weeks. If there was anyone she could talk about the event, it would be Kai. Throwing the rucksack with the tent and a few other utensils inside, Mizuki approached the boy with a brief smile, “Are you ready?”
Whenever Aoi had decided to tag along on the camping trip, he'd expected a couple relaxing days out in the woods. With a little bit of stalking a certain alien mixed in. What he did not expect was actually having to work with said alien... In a performance no less. What the fuck was that? He'd never been one to really cooperate when it came to these sort of things, but honestly, he didn't want to get into trouble so soon after getting into Insolitus. He wasn't a student, but was worried that being uncoperative would result in him getting kicked out of his new home (and maybe have his lips frozen again too. That guy was damn scary). So it was with this reasoning he sidled up to the man he'd just been bitching at a few days ago and grinned at him in the most normal way he could manage. "Hey there, Performance buddy!"
"So.. we have to make a bow and hunt for our own food, huh? Easy enough.." Ken mumbled. I mean, he had had plenty of practice having lived and hunted in the forest for years. However, it felt odd having to "start from scratch". Over a spans of seventeen years, Ken had gathered proper equipment to live quite well in the forest. Although, he had always been better at building and creating rather than the actual hunting. But, he'd get back to that thought later.
Looking over at his partner, he gazed curiously at the female. "So, do ya know anything about hunting?"
"Kai-yah..." Yixing squatted next to their bundle of camping supplies, looking extremely uncertain. He'd thought that it'd be fun to go on a camping trip, but hadn't particularly thought to remember that he'd never been on one before.
The musica looked pitifully up at the phoenix, lower lip jutting out a little. "Can you teach me how to set up a tent?? ...And stuff." It seems he'll have a lot to learn, on this trip.
After the Key teacher man finished up speaking, the demoness sighed and cast a long look toward Hamin. He would be alright right?
Sticking her hands deep within her puffy jacket she also shoved her nose into her scarf before turning to side glance mizuki-ia.
"It would appear that us two were paired." The demon muttered shoving her pockets deeper. "We've already met before Mizuki, i'm the girl who floated off the roof. You should know now its because I can move things anywhere I want at will, which should come in handy."
Glancing toward the untouched tent items at the ground she cleared her throat gently. "But I don't think I can pitch a tent with those powers. You can help me?"
It was her first event, first tent, and first time sharing a sleeping quarters with anyone on this entire planet. Her nonexistent excitement really could not be contained.
Zitao stared at the list, then stared at his 'Night-buddy' and then wished he wasn't here. No technology (which was a nightmare on it's own) and sleeping next to that sack of potatoes?
"This has to be a bad joke.." He muttered, checking the list again before turning towards taekwoon-ia "Have you ever set up a tent?"
key-ia welcomed all students to the camping trip, he looked rather stern "We will go camping in a realm almost abandoned by all creatures of ...reasonable intelligence. We have three days in front of us- so pick up your bags and let's get going." The elf opened a portal and made sure every student got through before he closed the portal. They ended up in a forest, the portal disappeared into thin air. No turning back. "First of all, all technology except zitao-ia's arm and hongbin-ia's ... everything won't work. Mobile phones, laptops, digital watches.. all useless here. Nature will be your friend, nature and magic." He smiled satisfied. "You will all have a night-buddy, who you will set up your tent with and sleep next to. Every day you will have a different day-buddy. You will perform the task of that day with that person. Have fun." He eyed aoi-ia for a moment "Who the fuck are you- oh well, doesn't matter. Go set up your tent."

DAY #1
On day one we will learn to take care of ourselves. The task of the day after we woke up at the camp is to make a bow and arrows and then go hunting. You want to eat, don't you?

DAY #2
Survival is important. You get a card and are send out in duo's, all an hour after each other to reach the lake that if about a seven hour walk from here. Tents on your back, only one lighter and one bottle of water. Find your way over the river, a long wooden bridge over a deep dark hole in the ground, through a spider forest and a swamp. When you went through all that you will reach a beautiful lake where you can swim, play and rest.

After yesterdays exhausting day we spend the day at the camp. At the end of the day all pairs of day-buddies need to do a small performance! You have the day to think of something- will you do a comedy act? tell a ghost story? Dance? Make music with pine cones? It is all possible! (when everything is finished you fall asleep and magically wake up at school. wow weird!)
