poopy?? there is no poppy in my definition when it related to your gifs. so clear and i love the coloring so much.. teach me mishie unnie please.. :)
I am just going to assume you know how to make basic gifs?
but always try to find HQ videos to gif... you cant really make a 144p video HQ.. not even god can help you with that lol
so I first fix the colouring to my liking and then I sharpen everything
for sharpening I usually like to do the following
to sharpen all layers at once.. convert everything to timeline >filter>convert to smart filter
smart sharpen (Amount: 300%-500% depending on the video I am working with)
Radius 0.3 pixels... remove Gaussian Blur
duplicate the layer >filter > blur >Gaussian Blur (radius 1-1.5px) > opacity (40-50%)
duplicate layer again (the smart sharpened layer) >filter > sharpen >unsharpen > and I play around with the amount and radius until it looks good enough to me
I have been trying to use diffuse lately instead of Gaussian Blur just to see how it looks
and for colouring.. I know some people have a specific psd they use for all of their gifs.. but I personally just do the colouring everytime for each gifset... I would work on the first gif.. adjust the colourings to my liking and then use the same settings for the rest of the gifs with minor adjustments.. because I usually gif fancams.. so its hard haha .. and then sometimes i do gifsets from different fancams.. and they have diff colours so I try to adjust each gif colouring as close to eachother as possible
I don't really have a lot to say about colouring... I just play around with everything until I am satisfied
