“I specialize in the collection and preservation of information.” He stated flatly, “You may call me Brainiac… I require additional information on your occupation. What is this ‘Arkham’?”
A blank in his data was hardly satisfactory or acceptable.
“Oh, like a chronicler? I think that’s a rather noble profession.” he murmurs somewhat impressed though maintaining mild skepticism still.
“Brainiac? Really..?” That’s not a very flattering nickname, some dated word used to insult someone smart--and what looked like the makings of a persona at that. He’s certainly never heard of him, so he might be new or simply not native to Gotham. It’s not like he can keep track of everything with how much is going on usually, “Uh..Well Arkham is Gotham’s residential Asylum, you know, for the mentally ill?”
“They’re brought there to keep others and themselves safe, because they pose a danger.” He’s either out of touch, insane or some kind of alien and he certainly looks the part. But Lyle is a pragmatic guy so he doesn’t assume the most fantastical thing right off the bat.
