Hello! So I want to audition for Aranea and Mindfang and I was wondering if it was possible to be cast as both? Considering how they are the same person and all. My main reason for this is that neither are very important characters and thus don't have a lot of material upon which to base songs.

As noted on the auditioning page,

"You may audition for as many characters as you like, but will only end up with one"

Depending on the main director's opinions on it, this rule may or may not be subject to change, however as it stands now, you will not be cast as two characters. Blood and genetic similarities aside, Aranea and Mindfang are still considered two separate characters, and will be treated as such, just as our Meenah does not double as the Condescension.

I personally wouldn't stretch to say that either of them are unimportant, and though it is true enough that they may not have much material to base songs upon, that is something for the voice actor to determine how to go about working around.

Your songs are lovely! I just want to give you one little bit of friendly advice: sing louder. When I listen to any of your stuff it sort of sounds like you're whispering-like you don't have very much confidence in your work. Get out there, girl! Miss those notes, be off key; who cares? You can always do another take. You sound so frightened! Still, keep up the good work!

i think the issue may be that my nep voice is tiny? idk

idk though i'm pretty confident in my nep voice it's

the homestuck voice i'm most confident in tbh.

but thanks for the imput i guess i'll just have to work on it if it's noticeable?

Hello

Okay, first off, just to clarify, I am not a Windmill.  I have a tumblr because I realized I read a lot of stuff on tumblr and I wanted to be able to keep track of it all.  I will reblog tons of things, especially Homestuck and art and Hetalia and comics and memes and anime and videogame jokes and funny things and videos and other nerdy stuff.  I also draw but I don't have a scanner and I don't do much stuff with my tablet unless I really want to spend a lot of time on it.  I also use Miku Miku Dance when I have my other computer which is really old and slow so not very often.  Sometimes I voice act and sing?  Again, not very often.  I also occasionally cosplay.  Sometimes I like to ramble.  I tag things I think.  

I'm pretty busy a lot of the time because I go to a school which demands that we spend all of our time studying and doing sports and actually talking to physical people.  But now I'm on summer break.  I still spend a lot of my time sailing and teaching kids how to sail between 8 am and 5 pm every week day except Wednesday afternoons.  Sometimes we have big races which can last up to three days.  I also baby sit when I get the chance and I'm learning how to drive and I'm looking at colleges.  I've also got summer reading and I'm trying to get ahead for Pre-Cal honors next year because it's a difficult class.  Sometimes I like to write random stories and slam poetry.  I'm going to Colorado in August.  I'm also going to a LARP camp.  I read a lot of webcomics.  I also play videogames sometimes.  I am weirdly good at solitaire.  I'm the vice president of an anime club.  I'm the moirail of a schizophrenic hikormori.  I have to way too many books.  I love cats but I'm allergic to them.

This is why there aren't going to be many posts on this blog.  I do too many things.
