the words some days it seems all i can do is write because i have to some days are harder than others of course and all i can write is the fat cat sat on the mat over and over and over and over it seems some days that i am obsessed with words but over time when the words realize i am serious they always come back and when the inspiration comes that is when i can really write really, really, really write some days it seems all i can do is write because i cannot help it because the words always come back because like me the words are obsessed

power over the years i have come to realize and reconcile with the idea that i love power but i do not mean as a dictator i mean with words i love the way that i have power over them that i have the ability to string together letters to form words and words into sentences and sentences into worlds i feel like i can be heard even when i am not speaking to anyone i love the way that i have the power to combine sounds and figures into a tangible something a something that can make someone feel deeply and truly and achingly and deplorably with nothing more than words
