I’ve been in a funk of late. Like around a month of funk-i-ness. Part of it has to due to the ever growing stress of having a house on the market that NO ONE is looking at. Well, I think maybe I’ve had 8 people in a year look at it. I’ve got a Plan B to rent it out in July, but I sure would love to sell it. The stress also grows because I need to pack, but I have to pack in such a way that potential looky-loo’ers won’t see all the stuff everywhere. It’s angsty.
Then I’ve got two work trips in four weeks. That’s time I could be packing (or hiding my packing).
But I don’t need to let things such as that get in my way of exercising and eating better. I got my adorable Inkwell Press fitness journal in the other day and I started using it TODAY. And I brought my running clothes to the office and went for a short 1.66 mile run/walk after work. I’ve logged my workout and all my food.
Let’s see what the next 12 weeks brings.
