As I am likely to create an advert for the swimming society this advert highlights the type of activity I should include in the advert. This thirty second clip shows the effective way to film and edit a swimming promotional ad, among other sports.

This is the second advert that has focused on the injury of the subject matter

This advert engages the audience a bit more than the Heather Watson advert as it uses medium close-ups as the main camera shot for this advert. Additionally, they use slow motion to emphasise the subjects movement and, most likely, the clothing he is wearing as it is New Balance clothing.

Again the lighting is not natural - however, it is more natural then the one used in Heather Watson’s. There is also less of a clinical/futuristic look to it as there is in Heather’s advert. It is likely that his advert was created in a way to be more inclusive and engaging for ordinary people - not just sportsmen/women.

However, it could be argued that the sports focused on -  cricket/tennis - are elitist sports as they used to be only played by those in elite positions in society.
