I hate how I see a lot of people against Jinbei joining. Like???? Why????? He's the most worthy out of anyone thus far. What's worse is that those same people want him to die in the current arc. Like wtf are people on???

" Pudding joining isn’t too crazy of an idea" ... Yeah, nah. That's not going to happen. Jinbe has a hell of a lot more to offer the Straw Hats in experience alone than Pudding could even dream of from under her carpet.
Not to be bitchy at all. I'm just shocked that people even still consider it a possibility.

I don't think anyone said they were against Jinbei joining. Also, I agree Pudding is still a bit of an enigma, but people exaggerate how confusing she is. She's clearly helping the Strawhats now, though she's doing it now only for Sanji. Moreover, I believe Pudding as a love interest for Sanji in fact lowers her chances to join because Oda said no romance among Strawhat members.

I don’t have any statistic to show around but according to what I’ve heard and what I also assumed, there really are people who don’t want Jinbe to join or who don’t see any point in that. I'm actually surprised that there are actually people who are against Jinbe joining the SHs but in the end, it's just like some of the people don’t want Pudding to join or see the logic in that.
I guess we’ll have to see more chapters to find out what Pudding really wants. Of course, it’s good that she wants to help but I still see it more possible for her to go search for Lola rather than staying with the Straw Hats but Oda-sensei will let us know later for sure!
Obviously, there's no accounting for taste because everyone has their opinions and there is not a single solution that would please all of us because there is that saying: once you bow to one, you bend over for the other ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This was already pointed out in the earlier post considering this topic but if someone is worthy enough to join the crew it’s Jinbei. In addition to previous reasons @pernanegra also mentioned the Fishman karate which is not only really strong but pretty unique skill. In addition to all of this, if something then the latest chapters proved that Jinbe has already deserved his place among Straw Hats. He is clever and strong and has lots of experience (plus he already had decided to join Luffy’s crew) so now we can just sit down and wait when they’ll hold a welcoming banquet for Jinbe and also for Sanji :)
