You don't have to be happy all the time. Nothing has to be resolved all the time. Just be yourself. Just be happy in your skin. We all bleed the same. No giving up, alright?
The point is if you're willing to do something big but your environment doesn't support it, change the people that are around you. There's always a way.
Best self-love advice. First of all you gotta learn to love yourself. So I always say self-love always comes from self-talk.
