oh no it wasn't your fault!! not at all! I just dated a girl who is pretty much my headcanon Karkat and when we went to a meetup together as Karkat and Jade, there was a nepeta there who kept pressing and pressing and pressing my Karkat's buttons. Like, she was seriously pissed off, and the Nepeta kept bringing up sadstuck katnep and kept hinting at my (ex) girlfriend and she just ruined nepeta for me completely. And I would see her all the time at these meets and she was obnoxious beyond repair. Like when I first met her, we were at a Hetalia meet going ice skating. I was waiting for Emi and when Emi and I were sitting down, that girl who was nepeta kept sticking her fingers in our ears and kept trying to tickle and touch Emi. I was PISSED. And I don't like her at all.
