Another unrequited-love story.
For this assignment, we're given the choice to do whatever kind of video we want, but green screen-utilization is a must.
I was inspired by Oren Lavie's "Her Morning Elegance" and The Ting Tings' use of negative space in "Shut Up and Let Me Go" for the cinematographic concept of my project.
The synopsis is of a man with a recurring dream about a thread that is always attached to a girl. He's always trying to figure who she is, but he could never catch up to her. The story is inspired by this tumblr post: http://graceyfacey.tumblr.com/post/45531310708
Zoo Kid's "Ocean Bed" will be the song my video will be playing to simply because of the lyrics and the guitar riffs are so rad. One of my favourite songs of all time.
