sure!! i had to make it a couple times because i ran out the first time since i didn’t make enough, but you can scale up the recipe as much as you want (and i’d recommend that you do because it’s really not enough tbh).
- 8 oz dark chocolate (i used chocolate chips) - 1 cup heavy cream heat up the heavy cream in a saucepan in medium-high heat until it’s just boiling. pour it over the chocolate, and let it sit for about 10 - 15 minutes without stirring. then just whisk it until it’s smooth and glossy. after that, you have to put it in the fridge for about two hours (or freeze it for about an hour) until it’s kind of thick and fudgy. at this point, just whip it using an electric mixer until it’s lighter in colour and thick and fluffy (abt 4 minutes maybe?)
