Hey :D imo A Quiet Place isn't that scary? It's not like scary/creepy but it's more like a thriller, if that makes sense 😂 I'm really really scared of horror movies too but for aqp I was jumpy for maybe the first half an hour or so of the movie? But after that youstop being scared of the jumpscares(monster's sudden appearance) and moreso start rooting for the survival of the characters (At least that's how it was for me haha) all in all aqp was a pretty decent movie, I hope you enjoy it :D

I haven't read The Raven Cycle(I really want to now thanks to you xD) but I did read The Scorpio Races by the same author quite some time ago. From what I remember, there was a guy named Sean(I think), wild, flesh eating horses and a stubborn girl protagonist? Also I think it was really good :DD

I want to read EVERYTHING by Maggie Stiefvater now haha! :) Thanks!
