Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookies!
1 cup all-natural Peanut Butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg, lightly beaten
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, mix all ingredients together then place small spoon fulls about 1-inch apart on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 min, or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
I found this recipe in The Quite Gut Cookbook and it’s so easy and quick I had to try it! They’re delicious if you love peanut butter, plus they’re dairy and gluten free!
