Hardening, Heartening
Please God, fill me with desire to live. “Awake and arise*, hear the voice within.”
Gears have slowed with rust and goo, the channels are caked with mud, creeks and groans ache like proclamations as this earth clay quakes and sulfur escapes revealing pure intelligence amid limitations.
What could it be but glorious me?
Reality screams, the gut wrenches to leak sad poison, slowly...deftly demanding itching shame and blame - but oh! here comes the candida cure the blessings of sealing sure.
The liver yet harder, live a little bit longer and serve me a decade or two, as I right my ways to honor your days and live according as is your due to endure the processing through.
Who knows of my heart, beating apart, tired and slow though it goes, the anxiety ripping watching the whipping of friends and foes; open to feel and connect in His will, the empathy grows.
This skin is my kingdom to rule with wisdom; his Word granted by God to help abide. I honor myself as I trust in His Gift, the Son of Man is my guide.
Redeeming, perfect, and everlasting is His great and wonderful love, the price that it costs, (Oh I may drown in the dross!) is worth all to know Him above.
*Moroni 10:31 “And awake, and arise from the dust, O Jerusalem; yea, and put on thy beautiful garments, O daughter of Zion; and strengthen thy stakes and enlarge thy borders forever, that thou mayest no more be confounded, that the covenants of the Eternal Father which he hath made unto thee, O house of Israel, may be fulfilled.”
D&C 133:10 “Yea, let the cry go forth among all people: Awake and arise and go forth to meet the Bridegroom; behold and lo, the Bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. Prepare yourselves for the great day of the Lord.“
