Last nutrient addition for this batch. I'm using the TOSNA 2.0 method, with the calcutations done on @meadmakr 's Batch Builder website. I'm a little concerned though, the gravity reading was a bit higher at this point than it usually is when I make this recipe. The SG on the "Bloody Valentine" #mead is still real high. It started at 1.170 and is down to 1.090. It's still #fermenting though. Doesn't taste as sweet as you think it would. #brewing #brewday #ibrewmyown #selfreliance
Alright, first racking for the "Bloody Valentine" #mead from Michael Jordan ( @moj666wyo on IG) that I started last month. I splash racked it through some cheese cloth and then used the cloth to bag up the fruit and squeezed out every last drop. #brewday #brewing #ibrewmyown
