Fact 1: Disability can show up any time during a Pokémon's life, even if it's been completely abled since it hatched.

Fact 2: There's a lot that goes on during Evolution, and part of that's huge changes to the structure of a Pokémon's body.

Fact 3: If you catch a Pokémon, it's your responsibility to care for it even if something unexpected happens.

Fact 4: If your Pokémon develops a disability when it evolves and you fucking dump it over that you're a disgusting human being and I hope you fall into the Distortion World.
