It’s difficult when the people around you are obviously requesting some sort of comfort, yet acting like they aren’t (which I see as pathetic); but they know you’re dead inside & have nothing to offer.
It’s also shockingly overwhelming when the same person (who you did not birth) is constantly looking to you for everything they need, emotionally. Worse, confusing if that person is around you all the time, is well-versed in your condition, but continues to press heavily on you, knowing full well it’s the opposite of what you need.
