Happy 2020!! I started having some issues late August 2019 (gallstones and maybe IBS). I stopped working out as often, stopped training others, was stress binging and put on around 30 lbs by the end of the year 🤦🏽♀️. I'm working super hard on changing my eating habits and water intake to drop the weight. This pic was taken after I dropped the first 6 lbs. I hold weight pretty well but trust me I can tell the difference and when I lose it again you will be able to tell too! But it won't be as drastic a change as you think, half is in my butt and muscular thighs. The rest is a nice even spread and some lower pooch.
