This is probably awkward, but I would date you so hard if geographical locations made sense.
Our server runs as good, if not better than any dedicated server we've had actually! I've gone through a good few server hosts and have had some form of problem with each one. I just enjoy being able to do my own troubleshooting! Thanks for the reblog though!
Your post is great! Mahnercrerft also started on my personal computer and has progressed from there so I totally agree. Plus being free is the best. In a perfect world, I would have my own personal server in my house, but I have other financial obligations. That being said, MPServ is a great hosting company as they have ftp and mysql built into every server for free and it is all really hands on. I went through some other hosting companies and they made it reawlly difficult to handle your own server and troubleshoot. The way MPServ is set up, it feels like its on my personal computer.
I run/manage 3 servers through them and their community of support is excellent. They even have a real-time chat window with support below the console and management area that is second to none.

At first I was like, what the fuck? But just then I scrolled through a really cool, but long post, and I thought Shit, now I gotta scroll all the way back up to like th- OH MY GOD. Instantly hit me why they put it there. I like it.

I thought the same thing you did. But he meant, in general, did anybody have facebook. I may have watched the episode like 3 times.
That's what I thought at first, but they had a bunch of inserts of peoples' Facebook statuses with "at The Spire" or whatever it was called, meaning they were checking in!
