iCarly reboot ship thoughts...

It’s really unfortunate that Jenette McCurdy won’t be able to be part of the iCarly reboot, but maybe it’s for the best if she’s traumatized by the environment. I was so excited to see an older version of Sam Puckett, but who knows? Maybe she can appear in future episodes?

I can do a reboot thoughts another time... However, since Sam won’t be in the reboot, there’s a high chance for Creddie to end up together. Now, at 7-12 years old, I actually shipped both Creddie AND Seddie because I had a hard time choosing a ship. But when I was 16, I realized how toxic both relationships actually were (we can talk about this more another time). Because of that, I would honestly rather see the three of them find their respective right person, but if Creddie will presumingly happen in the reboot, IT HAS TO BE DONE WELL. The writers need to prove why Creddie is endgame.

Same big brother Spencer has my whole heart, s2 Spencer screentime is a must!!But freddie ehhh, I feel like the millicent stuff is just kinda there like it's fine but idk. Where as I think millicent adds more to carly's character. In the OG with sam& Spencer& everyone carly always played a very maternal role. So I think she brings out that mature side in carly again & plus there the only two characters with natural conflict that I'm excited to see grow & clash.

i truly wish spencer is given more things to work with. his life is too perfect, and as much as he deserves it after all he went through in the og show, he needs something complicated to ground him back to humility LMAO

totally respect your opinion on that arc of freddie’s. you’re right about millicent adding a lot of carly’s story though. the first three eps apparently were under a different show runner so that’s why the vibes changed up a bit in the latter eps. i feel like there should’ve been more silent rivalry between millicent and carly where carly essentially doesn’t care (because we all know how the nevel situation was). i also mentioned that she’s the best person to drive creddie to be together if that’s what the show intends.
