Ice Chapel 🧊 Eiskapelle

Felette a Watzmann 1800 méteres keleti fala. A jég 840 méteren van. Ide zuhan össze három oldalról évezredek óta minden, ami télen a katlan mélyén hullik.

Régen gleccser volt, de száz éve összeomlott a struktúrája. A maradvány csupán ennyi. A fenti pozícióban erős a jeges szél szemből, szüntelen a leáramlás. A víz kiváló.

Peremeknél vigyázni, mert olvad, és hullik a tetejéről a kőtörmelék.

Kék jégmag már nyomokban sincs. Szakállas keselyű viszont nyomokban van:

Főszezonban 3/4 órás sorbanállással érdemes számolni. A hajóraszállás a dokkhoz érkezés sorrendjében történik.
