Put each one on a plate. Chop tomatoes into small pieces and sprinkle on top of each wedge. Sprinkle with bacon and chives. Then drizzle the blue cheese dressing on top. Serve chilled. Blue Cheese Dressing recipe 150 ml soured cream 100 ml mayonnaise 2 tsp white rice vinegar 60 g crumbled blue cheese (such as gorgonzola) pinch of garlic powder salt and white pepper to taste Mix all ingredients together and store in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
