I’ve been feeling really inspired lately by @jonnajinton videos. Not only her videos but her lifestyle. I’ve been craving nature for a while. Remember when I asked you what would be a good place to live by a forest? . Then Jonna’s channel appeared to me, reading my mind, like the internet always does, and I fell in love! ♥️ . The first video I saw was one that she recorded the sound of the ice. The frozen lake was singing and it’s so beautiful!! I didn’t know the ice could sing like that. . I know people are asking for my comics and stuff, but now I’m in a different flow. I have to be in this flow for a while, explore everything there is to explore here before I move on - or not. . I will be doing more comics soon, just not right now. . As a person who loves exploring and doing a bunch of different things, I need time to process everything I dive into. I’ve started creating some ethereal music for my YouTube videos (I have a channel, in case you didn’t know!), and that has been so much fun. . And this illustration was inspired by @jonnajinton. She has a picture in that pose wearing her jewelry and I tweaked it to create “Ice Call”. . Jonna practices Kulning, which is an ancient herding call and also used to communicate with other women. It’s just beautiful, ethereal, like old spirits calling. Like the call from Frozen 2. . . Check out @jonnajinton page and channel if you don’t know her already, and you’re welcome! . . . . . . . . . . #northernlights #icesounds #icesong #sweden #frozen #frozen2 #kulning #kulningsinging #ancienttraditions #scandinavian #icecall #quarantine #athome #illustrationartists #illustration https://www.instagram.com/p/B-VM7I-AOv4/?igshid=qyko0o0mxmpx
