Princess Tutu iceskating AU?

Thank you for the ask!!  (Also, I’m not really all that familiar with iceskating, so sorry if I’m painting in broad, uninformed strokes here ^^;)1.  Fakir’s actually lowkey(?) scared of skating, since when he was younger he once went out on a frozen lake to skate around a bit, but ended up falling through some thin ice and almost dying.2.  Rue and Mytho are figure skaters, and have been skating together basically since forever (or at least since they were little kids).  They’re also all but shoe-ins for the Winter Olympics.  Both have a background in dance, particularly ballet, as well, so for their performances they unsurprisingly tend to favor classical music and prefer to draw on ballet and opera for ideas regarding choreography, story, costume, etc.3.  Ahiru would dearly like to be a figure skater (she actually saw both Mytho and Rue compete in some junior competition or other, and was immediately inspired), but despite being oddly more graceful on the ice than on land, she never really got the hang of any of the more complicated maneuvers.  She is, however, an exceptionally fast skater, so she might be more speed-skater material anyway (but, of course, it’s not her passion, so there it is.)4.  Ahiru prefers to skate outdoors, despite being sensitive to the cold, because she enjoys being surrounded by nature.5.  Fakir actually works as Mytho and Rue’s choreographer (or maybe assistant choreographer, since he’s still kind of young?)  Although he has issues with constantly being out on the ice himself, he still likes the way a story can be built up out of the movements, and it gives him a way to stay connected both to the general activity and to the various friends he’s made through it.
