My mom and I have that, I think. Because no amount of iron intake actually helps. Despite numerous things we’ve tried. So far I’ve been taking this hair, nail, skin pills from Walgreens. It’s helped the hair loss a bit. Other than that… D:

I never tried taking anything to help with the hair loss, I think I should start. Because I'm really losing a lot of hair ;_;

I have this problem too. And am horrible with taking iron pills. So, I don’t know what to do. D: Random input. But yes.

Iron pills didn't work for me. I took them for about three months and it didn't work. I tried eating things with more iron and it didn't work. I took this IV medication for a few weeks and it didn't work either. All of my father's sisters have a type of anemia that just doesn't go away, I don't know what it's called but it's like we can't absorb all the iron a normal person does? idk man I don't really know what it is. The only thing that made it better was the IV thing but I had to go to the hospital every week and it didn't make that much of a difference anyway. My hair looked really nice though.

So we decided to move this HP/SPN crossover roleplay to tumblr as well~

It's Dean/Cas, of course.  Now that I've made that clear, keep reading.  :3

This storyline is taking place within an RPG hosted on roleplayer.me called 'For the People' (<-click it).  Both Colly and Kit (thiscanonthing and ichevyimpala) are moderators of this group - Kit is one of the founding owners.

FTP is a NEW GEN Harry Potter RPG and the storyline is set in the year 2018, which means a LOT of liberties are being taken with fleshing out the time period and the different factions of Death Eaters/villains, etc.  We also have a handful of crossovers - because it's fun.  SPN is one of them.  

To fully understand it all, you'd have to read through the roleplayer.me page linked above; but the following bullet points are necessary for understanding this roleplay scenario.  So, try and pay attention.  :) 

READ EVERYTHING BELOW THE 'READ MORE' BEFORE STARTING IN ON THE ROLEPLAY.  Seriously - it'll make things at least somewhat less confusing since it's Crossover/AU.

In current FTP!time, it is 2018.  There have been many positive changes made to the British Ministry of Magic - in terms of tolerance, abolishing pureblood-biased laws, etc.  That aspect of HP!future is canon, and we've kept it - as well as keeping canon character connections/relationships, occupations, etc.  Everything after this bullet point, however, is FTP-EXCLUSIVE content.  Obviously, we claim ZERO rights to the HP verse and its canon characters, or to the crossover verses and their canon characters - but the original ideas implemented in FTP were created by either our Theodore Nott, Colly, or Kit.  If we hear of them being taken and reworked for other RPGs, we're not going to be happy about it and there will be a serious issue.  It's why I'm keeping this as vague as possible, aside from SPN!Crossover-related things.

All you really have to know is that during this time of positive reformation within the British Ministry of Magic, there were many former Death Eaters who could not abide these outright changes in law.  They formed communities of their own and factions of their own - one of which goes by the name "Project Creatus".  I (Colly) had a hand in fleshing out this group of ne'er-do-wells (more so their objectives and how they'd evolved into what they presently are in FTP) and it all happened because we decided to bring Team Free Will into things - and I needed a way to explain Cas being so very different.  However, I don't want to ruin everything - it'll all be explained as the storyline progresses and in a continuation fanfiction that Kit and I are writing with Jam (samuletx).  

Basically, yes - this roleplay can be considered a prequel to the fanfic we three will be writing.

As for the Winchesters in FTP: Before he went missing, John was Head of the Auror Department - he'd had that position since before Mary and him had the boys.  Mary was killed by Death Eaters when Dean was four years old (six months after Sam had been born), which led to John attempting to hunt down those responsible on his own, teaching his sons how to defend themselves along the way - this included not only wizarding methods of handling things, but muggle methods as well.  Skipping forward to the present, Dean was in training to be an Auror, but soon decided that the way they go about everything is bullshit compared to how their father had always taught them, and that he needed to meet up with Sammy so that they could look for John on their own. He finds him at the Salem Witches Institute in Massachusetts (where he'd been studying law, of course), and they begin the search for their father.  (It is also worth noting that according to JKR, Harry Potter becomes Head Auror sometime in HP!future.  In FTP, we had this happen after John went missing.  Basically, Harry steps up to bat in John's absence.)

More on the brothers in FTP:  By the time this roleplay takes place, they've been searching for clues as to where John might be for some time now - months, possibly even a year or longer.  They don't have a journal to help them, only what they remember from their training and Bobby Singer (who, in FTP, runs a shop in Diagon Alley as a means of looking "legit" even though his job is to gather information on places, things, people, etc).

Cas is not an angel - and his full name is not "Castiel".  This is Harry Potter verse.  So, don't go expecting him to be almighty, etc.  He has specific physical weaknesses and strengths in this verse - and I don't want to thoroughly spoil what he is or how he got that way, so I'll just say this: He is particularly susceptible to the cold.  He is being manipulated, used, and controlled by Project Creatus.  They are able to do this because they took away all memories of his life before being kidnapped by them, so he had nothing else to go by other than his instincts (which they assured him were/are wrong).  Project Creatus made him into what he is now through twisted, magical experimentation, and he is their "Subject Zero" - their first survivor.  The name "Cas" was given to him by these people as well, and is actually just an acronym for something rather unpleasant (though he has no idea this is the case).  

Annnnnnnnnnnd I think that explains everything you need to know before reading - all of this will be expanded upon in our storyline and the following fanfiction.

Random Noteworthiness: In FTP, we changed their last name to "Windsor" just for fun.  However, we're changing the last name back to "Winchester" for the tumblr posting since this is now fandom!public and we don't want to irk anyone with name changing.  :)

And I have so much guilty pleasure music that I listen to sometimes, it's not even funny.  My favorite bands/artists that I could listen to at any time go something like this (no order/these are off the top of my head): Animal Collective, Phil Ochs, The Doors, The Beatles, Tame Impala, Glasser, Childish Gambino, The White Stripes, The Rolling Stones, Austra, random musicals - a bunch of them; I won't even go there.  LMAO! 

Q - What the last party I went to was, and when the next will be.  An event at my internship.  I'll be going to the next one too.

R - For me to tell 10 of my curiosities.  1. I laugh at the smallest, seemingly un-hilarious things.  2. It can take forever to stop the laugh!attack.  3. I will ceaselessly talk about something I'm passionate about until people literally tell me to stfu - and it's not even always on purpose/to be obnoxious; LMAO.  4.I have too many ideas and characters bouncing around in my head, it should not be allowed - for sanity and feels!protection reasons.  5. I know way too many japanese songs by heart when I've never taken japanese.  6. I blame anime for that.7. I'm not a relationship person.8. I have no issues with this fact - #FREELOVE.9. 1. What are your tracked tags?  I only track my own url tag, ichevyimpala's, and Jam's (samuletx's) at the moment.  I would track fandom/ship tags, but then the "new" thingy would always be there.  XD!

2. If you write fan fiction, which characters/couples are your favorite to write?  If not, for which ones would you consider writing?  Destiel (Dean/Cas), hands-down.  Life ruiners, these two - I swear.  Since I started writing them, it's been hard to even focus on writing for the book series ichevyimpala, Jam, and I are working on.

3. What are your OTFs and/or BROTPs?  SPN: Benny and Dean as of right now.  Rufus and Bobby - Omaha be damned, okay; they were bros.  ;~; || FIREFLY: Mal and Zoey. Also Mal and Wash.  Forever crying over the potential of that show, don't mind me~ || QAF: Ted and Emmett.  Brian and Michael. Justin and Daphne.  Debbie and the world. 8. Which pairings do you like most from your other fandoms?  I need to keep reminding myself that no one knows about our characters.  LMFAO!  I keep wanting to be like "THIS SHIP!"  ....... kjhfd  BUT OKAY.  Okay. Here goes. Brian/Justin, Michael/Ben (QAF) || Mal/Inara, Wash/Zoey (Firefly) || Spike/Buffy, Willow/Tara, Spike/Dru/Angel/Darla - OT4, Wesley/Fred, and I'll put Angel/Cordy because I liked them even though I REALLY disliked what they did with Cordy's character. (BTVS/Angel)  || I'm lazy again.  :3 

9. Least favorite pairing from anything?  Jaxton/anything.  I know - none of you know what I'm talking about.  One day, you will.  XD!  For now, just accept this and know that it is - factually - the worst pairing in the history of the written word.  Yes, I meant FACTually.  It's a fact - the world just doesn't know yet.  Seriously, though.  Ship him with anything and I will judge you.  Like, as a writer of the book series he's going to be in, I will judge you.  He's the worst and no one should ever be shipped with him ever ever ever ever ever.  YOU HEARD IT FIRST, FOLLOWERS.  Jaxton is a no.

10. Is there any couple in one of your fandoms that baffles you?  Not if we're talking canon!couples.   I can usually see what the writers are trying to do, or why the character would act that way, ect.  Like, there are couples that irk me immensely and that I would never ship - but that doesn't mean I'm confused or baffled by them.  I just don't approve if them.  XD

11. Who was your first Tumblr friend?  HMM.  Well, I never really ~legitly~ used tumblr before this blog.  So, I'm going to say thatwinchesterangel or cockteaseofthelord because I started talking to them around the same time and I adore them both.  :)

12. Do you have any other blogs that you run right now?  Yep; The Writer Games - though I've been slacking on it.  So, good reminder!  XD!  On top of that, I'll be sharing the link to another one soon.  It's going to be a blog for ichevyimpala, Jam, and I to post fanfiction from in the future since we're planning on writing a long AU together and figured we may as well just make one blog we can all post from when we write SPN!things.

Post whatever you typed.  Sometimes when I try and type while smoking a cigarette, I get distracted by the smoke - how it dances all over the place, how I should probably put my screen protector back on, how I need to flick the ash but I can't because I'm being forced to delve into my psyche via stream of consciousness.  Why even go there?  It's like the ashtray.  I'd rather write about the smoke and how it curls in front of me before it disappears in the catch of the fan and how somehow it seems like it's narrowly missing my screen, but how I always have to clean it before I go to sleep anyway - just to be safe.
