Icicle Gorge near Leavenworth, WA. . These were taken along the icicle Gorge trail. It's a very pretty walk along the river. Thanks for suggesting the hike @thewenatcheeriverinstitute . These couple wildflower pictures didn't work out exactly how I imagined, but hopefully still pretty. . I wanted both the mountains and the flowers bigger in the frame but sort of compromised with a focal length that is the sort of compromise where both lose. I think I'd like it either wider and closer to the flowers or to try to find an angle where I could zoom in on the mountains and at least get some colorful out of focus flowers in the foreground. . It's better just to find flowers closer to the mountains, I guess. However, even when we'll executed, it's not that unique of a picture. I guess that's why I try it opportunistically, but I'm not that crazy about landscape photos... In fact, I'm sure you can easily find a better photo of this same spot.
