Made another new recipe tonight for dinner.
This one was amazing! Definitely adding this one to the regular list of meals to make. 
It was basically spaghetti squash, chicken, mushrooms, seasonings, and parmesan cheese.
Decided to be all ranch and buy fresh parmesan cheese so Hayden helped grate it.

Coconut aminos •1/8 c. rice wine vinegar •2 cloves of garlic, chopped •1/2 tbsp. fresh minced garlic •1/2 a red bell pepper & green bell pepper, sliced thin •1/4 large yellow onion, sliced thin •1/4 tsp. salt •1 package zucchini noodles •1 tbsp. sesame oil •Thai or Fresno chilis (optional) •1 green onion, sliced, if desired Directions: Combine coconut aminos, rice wine vinegar, garlic, salt, and ginger in a small bowl. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and red chili flakes (optional) Heat sesame oil over medium high heat and add onions. Cook for about two minutes. Add vinegar combination and let it reduce and thicken, about one minute. Add shrimp (if raw) and allow to cook for about one minute before adding bell peppers, chilis, and zucchini noodles. Stir while letting cooking for a couple more minutes. Vegetables should still have a bite to them. Serve and garnish with sliced green onions.

Cooked us up some tuna casserole to have for next few days.
My mom was asking if it was like hers and I was listing the ingredients....egg noodles, onion, milk, chicken broth, mushrooms, peas, tuna, and cheese. She was like so it’s like mine and you could save time from the milk and such and use cream of mushroom soup. And I was like yes, but I’m trying to save on fat content. 😂😂
Made another new soup tonight!
The only thing I skipped on was the rosemary because I’m not a fan.
It turned out amazing.....I think next time I may swap out the carrots for tomatoes.
