Ordered a bunch of Chilly's things in the sale because I really like their water bottles and the cookbook came free. Always wanted a cookbook because I love cooking but it's never been worth it. They often don't have a lot of veggie recipes, tend to use temperatures or measurements I'd have to convert or ingredients I wouldn't even know how to get hold of, and they're always expensive. This one has a lot of veggie recipes, and I can easily do veggie versions of the others, it gives every recipe in both grams and ounces and gives temperatures in Fahrenheit, Celsius and gas mark. I've wanted to do breakfast muffins for a while but I've never found a recipe online I could comfortably follow so I was pretty happy that was in there. Never tried overnight oats either and I wouldn't have thought of adding greek yoghurt and maple syrup to a smoothie. I happen to have a smoothie blender that I haven't used yet so I'm eager to give it a go. There are some other things I'd like to try to but I won't keep listing them.

Honestly though, I'd be quite disappointed if I'd paid full price for this, purely because a couple of things are wrongly labelled. Two things labelled as vegetarian have non-veggie ingredients and one is not labelled as vegetarian but the list of ingredients seems to be. It was free though, and I'll take some free cooking inspiration packed into a pretty book.
