Newly completed painting “Oriole Birds on White Oak Tree, 6”x6” framed. Baltimore Orioles (icterus galbula) and White Oak (quercus Alba) are the official bird and tree from the State of Maryland, in the USA. I had lots of fun painting them, and then started noticing all the birds flying around!!! Este Turpial de Baltimore lo pinté en 2014 para la serie Biodiversidad de Medellín de @parqueexplora y la Secretaría de Medio Ambiente. Es una especie migratoria que durante el invierno se asienta en América Central y al norte de Sudamérica. Durante su emigración se le puede ver en grandes bandadas.
