Victor steffensen keynote ictev. The living knowledge Village.
The living knowledge place http://livingknowledge.anu.edu.au/ Teaching through indigenous methodologies What it is, what it does, how to do it. Knowledge as a process. No point of recording knowledge without demonstrating it. Put young people in front of camera to talk about knowledge effective way for them learn. Video reflects traditional visual ways of learning. Doesn't make sense to teach theory if we can do it in a practical way. Current education system isn't helping communities. There is a skill shortage of people who can teach in communities. Technology is not a way of life. When it goes too far we lose contact with what is real and important. Spark off activities...don't worry about funding....break rules and get stuff happening. One action should have a string of outcomes.
