ID Me: What I Wore to the 2016 Veuve Clicquot Polo Match
Every October, I get excited to attend the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic at Will Roger’s State Historic Park in L.A. It’s one of my favorite weekends of the year! The champagne is flowing, there are fresh flowers everywhere, and I get to channel my inner Pretty Woman when it comes time to stamp the divots at intermission. This year was my sixth time going (can you believe that?), and it was just as fun as ever. One of the most fun parts about this day is deciding on the perfect outfit. The weather in LA during October is still pretty warm and sunny with just a hint of crispness in the air, so it’s common to see lots of pretty, flowy, patterned dresses at the polo match. I always take this event as an opportunity to give everyone a sneak peek of the upcoming Paper Crown collection that will be coming out in spring, and this blue blouse and pants set has to be my favorite look from the entire spring line.
