💐Can he also have a kiss from @cantbuffthis
He knows precisely which one he wants to give this particular mech. When he spots it, a small flicker of nervousness seizes his chest. Bulkhead hasn't said everything he's been feeling, but he knows what's there. What he wants. What he hopes Knockout will be open to receiving. He understands this is still so fresh, but he wants to be honest. There truly is no better time to spell it out.
Plucking the delicate flower from its place near the far left of the frame, he extends a servo. The blooms themselves are small - it was meticulous work to shape them, but several are clustered together onto a single stem. Each one is heat treated, the central point a deep gold while the five rounded petals fade into a vivid blue.
"Forget-Me-Nots... for hope despite adversity, loyalty, and enduring love. I know this is new... but I'd like to see where it goes. No matter what you choose, know that I'll respect it. And trust that I'm not going anywhere... even if things aren't always easy."
Leaning in, he presses the stem into Knockout's servo while planting a kiss at the corner of his derma.
Your Vibe Song (as assigned by Miko)
requested by @cantbuffthis
Miko would have loved to toss 'You're so Vain' by Carly Simon at him, just to be a little shit, but she knew it would be a cheap shot, and there was something deeper there that suggested it wasn't so simple.
No... people who presented as 'vain' were often projecting an image of confidence to distract from what lay beneath. He didn't quite strike her as someone entirely down on himself, but Knockout wasn't nearly as shallow as others assumed he was, of that she was sure. He was a curiosity, the only ground based mech amid Decepticon High Command. That would be... tough, she imagined.
If her suspicion was correct, this song should resonate. A tribute to those who were placed under societal pressures to meet some predetermined status quo, and a reminder to be true to yourself, and know you aren't alone.
