How to Generate “SongName.txt" Text Lyric Files for Plex Media Server
This is the method that I use to auto-populate MP3s with lyrics and then export them as “songName.txt” files for use with Plex Media Server. You can both programs to scan & update your entire iTunes library.

Drag-and-drop directories or individual MP3, M4A, AAC, FLAC, ALAC, OGG, WMA or APE tracks
if Lyrics are found, they are automatically embedded in audio files
The GodFather (Windows; Free) http://jtclipper.eu/thegodfather/
Browse to Folder or Enter Folder name in "Go to folder" field (See screenshot below)
Click on "Tools" icon.- Click "Lyrics & Pictures"
Click "Start"
Action: "Export to folder"
Filename format: "%F%"
mp3 field: ID3v2
Check "Use the file's folder"
