Isn't the concept of Tabitha being power hungry just a figment of Maxie's imagination canonically? I don't think that I've ever seen an AU where it's actually true.

It’s most likely fully Maxie’s imagination as he is on that red orb when he says it, but I do see Tabitha as being rather ambitious, but climbing the corporate ladder more legally. When he doesn’t find an accidental plot to destroy the world. But it is very fun to play with Tabitha actually being power hungry.
