I'm going to need a tag option or some small notation feature on Tumblr so I can categorize my mutuals by Fandom or why I followed them

You know what we need? A Silm Legendarium deck of playing cards. More themed than just "the figures are blorbos". Every card with some picture but also readable enough to be used for playing.

Clubs as trees (AK the main Trees + Q Yavanna + J Radagast + numbers various less important trees... Numenor tree, Gondor tree, new Gondor tree, maybe even the Tol Eressea tree, also some ents, old man willow... I don't know what other trees need to be there. Maybe some flowers too, and Vana?

Diamonds as rings (A the ring K Sauron with many eyes Q idk Galadriel? J Celebrimbor 2-10 the Nazgul)

Hearts as lights (A Varda I don't care about the gender Ave is a neutral figure K Feanor with the Silmarils Q Arien J Tillion numbers idk arkenstone + various people wearing a silmarill? Thingol, Lulu, Dior, Elwing, Earendil, Maedhros, Maglor, oh not wearing but Beren is there too and his hands, and the last it's of course Morgoth)

Spades hmmm idk maybe the typical take where they're swords, but also they aren't so very important? A as the Orion constellation and Eonwë and generally vague Dagor Dagoradh vibes? Anguirel and Anglachel must be there somewhere, maybe together... And other named swords... And Aragorn and Isildur and what not)

Elrond is not a figure, he's on the back and Elros for the other deck (you know like often card decks have two decks red and blue). Because they are tied to all those guys.

Jokers... I wanted Lulu there, but probably Tom Bombadil and Ungoliant make the best jokers.

Mostly inspired bc I finished Houseki No Kuni aka Land of the Lustrous the other day. So spoilers for that!

Far distant future where humanity has advanced to the point of being able to revive long dead people through reconstructing their bodies from molecules. Eventually everyone is revived but of course the benevolent and the loved are remembered first. Through the connections of relationships people are remembered and revived in course. While they were dead, they didn’t feel anything including time. To all revived dead, the millennia between felt like a blink of an eye, similar to anesthesia. The future they wake in is akin to paradise. Humanity’s unity and compassion has solved and cured all misfortunes and illness in the universe.

Paradise isn’t a dubious and exclusive prospect promised only to a select few. It’s a far off but reachable point in the future that we reach through hope, love, and forgiveness. This is what’s meant by the idea that love can bridge the gaps between space and time.
